Participation
Building Culture offers ticket-based participation in physical fine art editions. Each ticket is an onchain record of participation. When an edition sells out, one ticket holder is selected by verifiable randomness to receive the physical artwork. All other participants retain their ticket as proof of participation in that cultural moment.
No investment product
Tickets are not securities, investment contracts, or financial instruments. Building Culture does not promise financial returns. Participation is cultural — not speculative.
Physical artwork
The winning holder receives the insured physical work subject to applicable shipping, customs, and transfer procedures. Building Culture coordinates logistics in good faith but is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Onchain records
Minting occurs on Base. You are responsible for wallet security, gas fees, and verifying contract addresses before transacting. Smart contract interactions are irreversible.
